Machine Room Less Elevators (MRL Lifts)

Machine Room-Less (MRL) elevators are traction elevators that eliminate the need for a dedicated machine room above the elevator shaft. Instead, the machine is compactly situated in the overhead space and can be accessed from the top of the elevator cab for maintenance or repairs. The control boxes are conveniently located in a control room adjacent to the elevator shaft on the highest landing.
